DEDICATED TO ASSERTING EMPLOYEES’ RIGHTS
Working For Employee Actions Against Employers
When your livelihood and career is in danger, it is important to hire an employment lawyer who understands your situation and is committed to your cause. At The Law Offices of Rutger Heymann, I am dedicated to protecting employees’ rights in all areas of employment law. I will carefully evaluate your circumstances and build a strong case supported by the facts.
Whether you have been wrongfully terminated, subjected to sexual harassment, discriminated against for your sexual orientation, denied a request for reasonable accommodation for a disability, refused time off from work for maternity leave or a medical condition, or a victim of retaliation in the workplace, call me first; I am here to help.
Personal Attention And Strong Client Advocacy
As a dedicated employment law attorney practicing in my own firm, I provide personal attention to every client, ensuring that they understand the legal processes as needed in an investigation, deposition, negotiation and, if necessary, litigation. I know that spending time with my clients helps me gain valuable information about each case and allows me to accurately represent every client to the best outcome possible.
I take pride in building strong relationships based on mutual trust and respect with clients. If you live in the Bay Area and have questions about unlawful issues with your current or former employer, or situations involving business owners, supervisors, managers and co-workers, you should contact my San Jose law office today.
Dedicated To Helping Employees With Employment Law Issues
Employment law is my primary practice. Early in my law career, I worked in mid-size to large law firms, at times either representing employees or employers in legal matters. In my own law firm, I now only represent employees, but my past experience allows me to understand every case for its overall merits and to create a strategy to proceed in the best way possible and get you the results you deserve.
I am an active member of several employment law focused groups: the California Employment Lawyers Association (CELA), the California State Bar Labor and Employment Section, and the Santa Clara County Bar Association’s Labor and Employment Section.
